Application

Details must be completed and returned to RS Yalden, either by email, fax or post.

Terms of Payment

The terms for paymetn are strictly 14 days Nett from the date of the invoice.  Credit facilities may be withdrawn without notice.  Any queries with an invoice should be made known to RS Yalden within 7 days.

Payment

Accounts must be paid in full by cash, cheque, credit card or BACS.  Part payments on accounts will not be accepted.  If paying by cheque please note we only accept 1 cheque per month per account and we will not accept payment by 2 or more cheques.

Goods

All goods remain the property of RS Yalden until payment is received in full.  Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase with receipt unless otherwise arranged.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
